These Terms & Conditions govern your use of alphabitech.com. Separate proposals, quotations, statements of work or contracts govern paid services and take priority if they conflict with these website terms.
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You must not disrupt, damage, probe, scrape, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the website, its security, content or services. We may restrict access where misuse or a security risk is identified.
AlphaBit Tech provides digital services that may include website design and development, user experience and interface design, mobile applications, branding, animation, video production, digital strategy and related creative or technical work.
Service scope, deliverables, assumptions, fees and timelines are defined in a separate written proposal, quotation, invoice, statement of work or contract.
Submitting a form or requesting a quotation does not create a service contract. Work begins after the relevant scope and commercial terms are accepted and any required deposit is received. Estimates and timelines may change if scope, dependencies, approvals or client response times change.
Fees, deposits, milestones, taxes, expenses, currencies and payment dates are stated in the applicable proposal or invoice. Deposits are generally non-refundable once resources are reserved or work has begun unless the written agreement states otherwise. AlphaBit Tech may pause work or withhold final deliverables while an undisputed payment is overdue.
Included revisions and approval stages are defined in the project agreement. Additional concepts, revisions or work outside the agreed scope may require a change order, additional fees and a revised schedule. Client approvals may be treated as final for the approved stage unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, access credentials and legally usable content or materials. Clients must ensure they have rights to all text, images, trademarks, data and other materials supplied to AlphaBit Tech. Client delays can affect delivery dates and resource availability.
Ownership and licensing of deliverables are governed by the project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, ownership of approved final custom deliverables transfers after full payment. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, reusable code, methods, templates, stock assets, fonts, plugins and third-party materials remain subject to their existing ownership or license terms.
Unused concepts, working files, internal methods and materials not included as deliverables remain the property of AlphaBit Tech or their respective owners.
Unless a written confidentiality or white-label agreement says otherwise, AlphaBit Tech may identify completed work and display non-confidential deliverables in portfolios, case studies, award submissions and promotional channels after public launch.
Projects and this website may rely on hosting providers, domains, plugins, frameworks, APIs, payment processors, advertising services, analytics tools, app stores or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, availability and policies. AlphaBit Tech is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes or failures outside our reasonable control.
Unless otherwise stated, the AlphaBit Tech name, website design, text, graphics, code, videos and other original site content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal or business evaluation, but you may not reproduce or commercially exploit the content without permission.
The website is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep information accurate and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or suitability for every purpose. Portfolio examples and statements about past work do not guarantee a specific future result.

We may suspend website access or refuse service where these terms are violated, security is threatened, unlawful conduct is suspected or an engagement is not commercially or ethically appropriate. Project termination rights and consequences are governed by the relevant written agreement.
These website terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Subject to any dispute process agreed in a project contract, courts with jurisdiction in Bangladesh will have authority over disputes relating to these website terms.
We may update these terms when the website, services or legal requirements change. Continued use of the website after publication of an updated version means the revised terms apply to future use.
